Job summary

Grifols Clayton NC seeks a Senior Manager to lead Manufacturing Digital Systems (EBR/MES) and site governance, ensuring regulatory data integrity and cross‑system integration with SAP, process historians, and automation.

You will partner with Quality, Operations, IT and Global teams to deliver build, validation, and lifecycle improvements across EBR/MES, Maximo, and related GMP data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience with MES/EBR systems, automation platforms (e.g., DeltaV, PLCs), or manufacturing IT systems in a GMP environment.
• Strong experience with data integrity principles, computer system validation (CSV), and GxP regulations
• Demonstrated experience implementing or sustaining EBR/MES platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own EBR/MES systems governance and site ownership.
• Lead cross-system integration with SAP, process historians, and automation.
• Develop KPIs, reports, and SOPs for asset management and performance.
• Collaborate with Quality and IT for audits, validation, and lifecycle improvements.
