Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking a Globgal MES Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support a global MES program. The role focuses on SQL-based reporting, Power BI dashboards, and data integration for manufacturing sites worldwide, within a GMP framework.

You will design queries, migrate Oracle data to MS-SQL, and deliver validated reporting solutions via the Power Platform, coordinating with site stakeholders and MES teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of data analytics or reporting experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices.
• Strong MS SQL Server skills: complex queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Hands-on Power BI experience with data modeling and DAX.
• Experience migrating Oracle data to MS-SQL and validating reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for MES data across sites.
• Write and optimize MS-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures (T-SQL).
• Migrate Oracle (PL/SQL) data to MS-SQL-based sources for reporting.
• Create MS-SQL views interconnecting MES data with other tools and systems.
• Develop solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate for reporting workflows.
• Build and support web pages/tools hosted in Azure for the MES program.
• Gather requirements from global site teams and translate to technical specs.
• Prepare CSV deliverables and validation docs per GMP (IQ/OQ/PQ) and traceability.
• Support MES implementations and migrations ensuring data integrity and reporting continuity.
