Jabil in the United States is seeking a Regional IT Business Systems Analyst to drive regional IT projects and MES support across manufacturing sites. You will collaborate with sites and DF teams, translate business needs into IT solutions, and participate in cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years as an IT Business Analyst in manufacturing, strong English, and hands-on experience with MES systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst or similar role, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in regional and cross-functional IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide third-line support and analysis for MES systems (MES4.0).
• Work closely with Site SMEs and DF teams, IT Support Teams and counterparts in other Regions.
• Identify and propose continuous improvements in business tools and processes supported by MES and other IT systems.
• Support documentation, training, and change management efforts to maximize adoption and success of IT solutions.
