Job summary

JC Automation Corp. seeks a Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist to support global pharmaceutical MES programs. You will design Power BI dashboards, write and optimize queries, and migrate Oracle reports to MS-SQL while ensuring data integrity.

Work with global site stakeholders across PR, US, Europe and Asia in a GMP environment and contribute to validation deliverables and Azure-hosted tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or reporting in pharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience with MES data, CSV docs and validation in GMP environments.
• Strong SQL (T-SQL) and Oracle to MS-SQL data migration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for MES data.
• Write and optimize T-SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Migrate Oracle-based reports to MS-SQL and interconnect MES data with other systems.
• Develop Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for reporting workflows.
• Build and support web tools hosted in Azure for the MES program.
• Gather site requirements from PR, US, Europe and Asia and translate to specs.
• Prepare CSV deliverables and validation artifacts (IQ/OQ/PQ) per 21 CFR Part 11.
