Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Devens, MA is seeking an Automation Data Analytics Engineer to act as SME in data analytics, collaborating with Manufacturing and Technical to develop dashboards and data science solutions. You will translate business needs into specifications and support MES data insights across the site.

This role requires hands-on SQL and Python, experience with Tableau/Power BI, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to drive process improvements in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SQL and Python (or R).
Experience with data analytics and data science tools.
Knowledge of manufacturing data systems and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert in data analytics, working with Manufacturing and Technical.
Create dashboards and visualizations; conduct ad-hoc data analysis for decision-making.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for data solutions.
Support MES data insights and site-level data initiatives.
Lead improvements across the manufacturing network with data-driven insights.
