Job summary

Mecka AI is building the data infrastructure for robotics and embodied AI, seeking a leader to build and scale a global review operations organization. You will own quality metrics, coverage, and unit economics while aligning with engineering and ML teams to continuously improve data quality and annotation workflows.

In this role you will manage internal teams and vendor partners, calibrate multi-pass accuracy, establish feedback loops, and drive cost-efficient operations across worldwide

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale review, merchant, trust and safety, or data quality operations.
• Proven track record architecting quality control frameworks and calibration processes.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, SQL, and communicating metrics to AI/ML teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a high-volume review and approval operation across internal and vendor teams.
• Own review coverage, SLA adherence, throughput, and multi-tier accuracy.
• Define merchant approval workflows and automated verification checks with weekly scorecards.
• Partner with data engineering and AI teams to feed evaluation insights into model training.
• Oversee integrity protocols and risk mitigation with cross-functional collaboration.
