Job summary

Mecka AI in New York seeks a Growth Lead to own supply-sourcing for our global contributor network. You will design and operate an end-to-end acquisition engine across channels, setting playbooks, metrics, and budgets that scale across markets.

You'll manage a cross-functional growth team, forecast demand, and optimize CAC/activation. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to accelerate supply growth for robotics data platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth within a two-sided marketplace, gig platform, or data-collection business.
• Built a multi-channel acquisition engine across referrals, communities, field, organic, and paid.
• Managed growth budget and defended CAC and activation metrics to leadership.
• Led a growth team, including through a matrix with in-market teams you didn't directly manage.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate; able to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own supply funnels and throughput end-to-end across multiple channels.
• Forecast supply demand by program and market; size the team and channels accordingly.
• Test, measure, and scale channel portfolio for supply input across markets.
• Build relationships and programs to turn contributors into a reliable, returning bench.
• Define brand and marketing strategy to drive sustainable supply growth.
