Job summary

Mecka is seeking a senior TPM/Technical Operations Lead to own end-to-end enterprise robotics deployments in North America. You will bridge commercial strategy, technical execution, and global supply chain operations to scale multi-vendor deployments and launch new markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Solutions Engineering, and Field Ops, optimize hardware supply chains, coordinate international freight and 3PLs, and translate field data into actionable product

Qualifications

7–10+ years in TPM, Technical Operations Lead or Supply Chain PM in robotics or industrial hardware.
Experience coordinating hardware deployments into new geographies and managing 3PLs.
Ability to align executives, field engineers, and vendors around a master schedule.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Program Execution: lead high-value enterprise rollouts across cross-functional teams.
Logistics & Supply Chain Orchestration: design workflows, manage freight, customs, warehousing, and parts distribution.
Principal OEM Technical Bridge: liaise with Pudu Robotics and future partners to inform roadmaps.
Systems Architecture & Standardization: build workflows and reporting for key metrics.
