Job summary

Apple Inc. in Cupertino is seeking a Manager, Visual Merchandising Programs to lead a WW team responsible for the development and in-store implementation of visual elements across all Apple Retail stores.

You will ensure global feasibility, understand the customer journey, and align with various partners to shape execution of retail initiatives. The role requires 10+ years in retail/merchandising and 3-5 years leading teams, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in retail, merchandising, program management or related fields.
• 3-5 years experience leading teams, either through direct people management or large cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related degrees preferred) or industry equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team that owns end-to-end process for all in-store visual elements for global Retail stores.
• Align with Retail Marketing and Merchandising partners on the brief for in-store deliverables; translate strategy to partners and vendors.
• Manage and drive planning and execution of large cross-functional store initiatives including marketing collateral and product displays.
• Oversee budget for projects, schedules, and end-to-end development through to implementation.
• Work with vendors to forecast element needs, manage BOMs, track lead-times, and drive process improvements.
• Develop element set-up guides with design partners and global field teams; manage store communications and overnight installations.
