Devoted Health seeks a dynamic leader to head the Member Service team, coaching Supervisors and Guides to deliver empathetic, accurate care while aligning operations with AI-enabled workflows. You’ll own performance across multiple teams and partner with Training, Quality, Technology, Workforce Management, Clinical, and Product to improve the end-to-end member journey.

You’ll drive data-informed improvements, manage change in a fast-growing environment, and translate evolving business priorities

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading front-line teams in a customer-focused or healthcare setting.
• ,
• Demonstrated success coaching both people leaders and individual contributors toward measurable performance.
• Proven ability to manage operations and drive results using data, metrics and continuous improvement.
