Job summary

Vurvey Labs, Inc. is seeking a Growth Operative to oversee end‑to‑end AI product delivery and translate complex client challenges into structured programs of work.

You will partner with sales to drive enterprise growth, manage global research initiatives, and continuously fine-tune People Models to meet client needs. You will lead multi-stage client engagements, track deliverables in Jira, and ensure high-quality AI builds across agents, workflows, and bespoke portals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, or client-facing solutions roles in fast-paced startup environments.
• Technical expertise in qualitative research frameworks, data collection methodologies, and respondent panel management.
• Strong AI/LLM product fluency with ability to evaluate prompt and workflow outputs and benchmark quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive Pre-Sales Growth: partner with sales on enterprise pitches, RFI/RFP responses, set up custom workspaces, and surface expansion opportunities.
• Scope Strategic Programs: translate ambiguous client problems into structured programs of work, recommend strategic use cases and long-horizon roadmaps.
• Lead Global Research: manage global qualitative research and run quantitative research to uncover consumer needs and develop robust People Models.
• Fine-Tune People Models: anticipate customer needs and refine People Models and synthetic populations for high-fidelity outputs.
• Deliver AI Builds: architect and QA standard and custom AI builds including agents, workflows, and bespoke portals to maintain benchmark output quality.
