Job summary

Amplity, the full-service partner of biopharma, is seeking a US-based Medical Program Manager to lead field-based medical teams, deliver client strategy, and drive high-quality scientific engagement.

You will coach Medical Science Liaisons and related roles, manage budgets and resources, build trusted relationships with clients, and ensure compliance with industry codes. Travel 50%+, including international trips.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical/healthcare experience (3–5 years).
• People leadership and coaching experience.
• Ability to evaluate complex scientific and clinical information.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and industry codes.
• Strong client focus and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client strategy delivery and KPI tracking.
• Coach and retain field medical teams through regular meetings.
• Ensure scientific and compliance knowledge for engagements.
• Build client relationships and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Translate requirements into objectives and plans.
• Collaborate on hiring, onboarding, and resource planning.
• Monitor performance and prepare leadership reports.
• Stay current with therapeutic area and evidence.
• Manage budgets and forecasting.
• Support program renewals and new opportunities.
