Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Head of Clinical Development Learning & CoE to lead global capability development, organizational learning, and innovative data/monitoring practices across therapeutic areas.

You will direct an international team, set strategic vision and governance, oversee clinical data analytics and digital tools, and align clinical learning with operational standards while collaborating with enterprise learning functions.

Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD with 8+ years or Master's with 12+ or Bachelor's with 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years as a Clinical Scientist in pharma or clinical development
• Proven experience in learning and development, curriculum design, and leadership in matrixed environments
