Qualifications

• 15+ years of planning and design experience in medical education.
• Established national portfolio in medical education.
• Proven client-facing leadership for higher education or academic medical work.
• Expertise in programming, planning, and design for medical education environments.
• Ability to travel as project and practice needs require.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy with the Global Higher Education Leader for worldwide growth in medical education planning and design.
• Help teams win significant work through pursuit strategy, proposals, and presentations.
• Expand national and international reach by identifying new clients, partnerships, and markets.
• Lead programming, planning, and design for medical education environments across projects.
• Collaborate with leaders across offices and disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify talent needs and mentor emerging leaders to build medical education expertise.
• Lead workshops, charrettes, and critiques translating evolving medical education models into effective settings.
