Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience and comfort in a PM role for a very large/global organization.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with medical product/device programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional medical device and combination product development programs from development through commercialization.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, supply chain and other functions to support aligned execution.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, document actions, and follow up on commitments.
• Track progress against timelines and milestones and elevate risks, delays, or cross-functional issues as appropriate.
• Prepare dashboards, status reports, presentations, and milestone review materials for leadership meetings.
• Maintain program documentation and readiness for design reviews, phase gates, verification/validation, design transfer, and launches.
• Assist with risk, issue, assumption, and change tracking to support visibility and execution.
• Coordinate activities with external partners, suppliers, and contract manufacturers as applicable.
• Contribute to process improvement of project management tools, team routines, templates, and reporting practices.
• Ensure alignment with quality system, design control, and regulatory expectations with guidance from experts.
