Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, action logs, and risk/issue/change records.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions for aligned execution.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, document action items, and follow up on commitments for core team meetings and program reviews.
• Track progress against milestones, elevate delays or cross-functional issues, and support dashboards, status reports, presentations, and milestone review materials.
