• Track progress against milestones, elevate delays or cross-functional issues, and support dashboards, status reports, presentations, and milestone review materials.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Thousand Oaks, California (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Program Manager to support cross-functional coordination for medical device and combination product development programs from development through commercialization. Our team is looking for a professional who can help drive planning, tracking, communication, and documentation across multiple functions to keep programs moving forward with clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestone trackers, action logs, and risk, issue, assumption, and change records.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions to support aligned execution.
• Prepare agendas, capture decisions, document action items, and follow up on commitments for core team meetings and program reviews.
• Track progress against milestones, elevate delays or cross-functional issues, and support dashboards, status reports, presentations, and milestone review materials.

Required

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of experience, Master's degree with 2 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or high school diploma / GED with 10 years of experience.
• Project planning and tracking experience, including maintaining plans, schedules, milestones, action logs, risks, and status reporting.
• Cross-functional coordination and communication experience in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, document decisions accurately, identify issues early, and ensure commitments are completed.
