Job summary

Sirtex Medical is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead high‑impact corporate programs such as NPI and NPD, oversee commercial launches, clinical studies, and post‑market surveillance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field required; Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years' experience launching commercial medical devices or pharmaceuticals as a project lead or program manager.
• 3+ years' experience in clinical study program management.
• 3+ years' experience in post-market program management.
• 5+ years' experience in program management with emphasis on planning, scheduling, risk mitigation and communications.
• PMI PMP certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a matrix organization and report to senior leadership.
• Proficient communication (oral, written, presentation) at all organization levels.
• Strong MS Office suite skills and familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commercial launches of Sirtex products or acquired products via Business Development.
• Ensure quality, safety and compliance through Quality Management System and post-market processes.
• Monitor clinical studies and report to senior management and shareholders.
• Document and maintain archives for development activities and reviews.
• Coordinate activities between operational and commercial teams from initiation to launch.
• Communicate issues and action plans to senior management.
• Lead program management and report status to leadership.
• Assess impact of changes and identify resource and sequencing strategies.
• Anticipate risks and drive creative, timely solutions.
