Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Sr. Medical Affairs Manager to drive end‑to‑end global scientific conference strategy and external engagement across priority international meetings.

You will collaborate with Clinical Affairs, HEOR, Data Science, Medical Writing, Clinical Education, Marketing, Market Access and others to plan and execute cross‑functional initiatives. The role requires deep Medical Affairs expertise, strong medical communications experience, and a solid understanding of diabetes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
• 5-8 years of previous people management experience.
• Advanced degree preferred (Master’s, MPH, PhD, or PharmD) in a science‑related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end global scientific conference strategy and expansion to priority international meetings.
• Facilitate cross‑functional planning with Clinical Affairs, HEOR, Behavioral Science, Data Science, Medical Writing, Clinical Education, Marketing, Market Access and Evidence Planning.
• Oversee tactical execution of conference strategy, including timelines, deliverables and cross‑functional alignment.
• Critically review clinical, real‑world, and outcomes data to inform conference submissions aligned with priorities.
• Provide strategic direction for medical and scientific communications at regional conferences and new studies.
