• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital media operations, content distribution, or multi-platform media management; traditional broadcast experience a plus.
• 3+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Proven project management and vendor relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Kingdom-minded relationship-building skills and experience.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Solid theological grounding and belief in the Bible.

Responsibilities
