Job summary

Turning Point Ministries is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the Director of International by handling administrative, production, marketing and reporting tasks across our global outreach.

This role manages international television promotional activities, coordinates board reporting for affiliates (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom), processes contracts, and collaborates across Marketing, Creative Services, and International teams to advance ministry objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (media, communications, business, or ministry-related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in broadcast/media operations, production coordination, or executive support, preferably in Christian Ministry.
• Familiarity with international broadcast/media landscape a plus.
• Self-motivated with the desire to and ability to act independently.
• Incredible attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer and Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and demands from different departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive administrative support that enables the Director of International to operate efficiently and achieve strategic objectives.
• Coordinate meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items as needed.
• Prepare, process, and maintain contracts, proposals, and related documentation while ensuring timely routing and completion.
• Coordinate the development of board reports and presentations for the ministry's international affiliates (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK).
• Receive and process regular reports from partners.
• Manage International English-language Radio and Television Promotional Activities and broadcast schedules.
• Plan, maintain, and execute broadcast promotion schedules and commercial placement strategies for English-language television programming outside the United States.
• Foster collaboration between International, Marketing, and Creative Services to support ministry objectives and track promotional performance.
