Life.Church is seeking a Media Relations Manager to share stories from the YouVersion ministries worldwide. You will lead global press efforts, coach international PR contractors, prepare spokespeople for interviews, and craft thoughtful messaging on sensitive topics.

You will evaluate campaigns and maximize coverage across regions to support Life.Church's mission. The role requires strong writing, leadership, and cross-cultural communication skills, with 5+ years of experience in media

Qualifications

• Experience leading media relations strategies and campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage remote teams and time-zone differences.
• Track record of proactive and reactive press activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Strategic Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic direction of global press efforts and coach international contractors.
• Prepare global spokespersons for interview opportunities and craft messaging on sensitive topics.
• Develop and evaluate press strategies; identify opportunities to improve future efforts.
• Draft press materials aligned with YouVersion's voice for journalists.
• Coordinate press logistics across teams and regions; handle media inquiries.
• Track international media coverage and maintain journalist relationships.
• Build media lists and curate visual assets for press use.
