Job summary

iHeartMedia in Brunswick, GA seeks an Operations Manager to lead strategy, elevate performance, and inspire high‑impact teams across broadcast, digital, and live events. You will drive ratings growth, protect licenses, and partner with Market President and VP of Sales to fuel revenue, strengthen brand identities, and deliver exceptional audience experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced media environment

Qualifications

• Experience in programming and digital brand management.
• Understanding markets, listeners, and competitors to drive ratings growth.
• Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for all programming.
• Identify, develop, coach, and manage Promotions staff, Digital leads, and On-Air Talent.
• Analyze ratings and market research to grow audience and drive ratings performance.
• Monitor competitive activity and develop strategies to outperform the market.
• Collaborate with Sales, Promotions, and Digital teams to strengthen audience engagement and brand presence.
• Oversee day-to-day programming operations, including cost management and FCC compliance.
• Join sales calls to provide brand and product expertise.
