Qualifications
- Experience coordinating live media operations for broadcast or streaming environments.
- Ability to verify media against technical delivery specifications and perform basic edits.
- Familiarity with enterprise media workflows and ingest/fulfillment processes.
- Strong collaboration with engineering, product, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Live Media Operations: manage live media ingest and monitoring using broadcast tech.
- Support live productions with status updates and issue resolution in real time.
- Media Processing & Quality Control: verify video/audio/captions and file integrity.
- Perform basic edits, rendering, and caption validation with listed tools.
- Media Supply Chain Operations: oversee automated workflows, ingest, transcoding, fulfillment.
- Monitor dashboards and troubleshoot exceptions across locations.
- Broadcast Readiness: ensure content is ready for playout on supported platforms.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve scheduling conflicts and missing media.
- Operational Excellence: follow SOPs, identify workflow improvements, and automation opportunities.
