SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Global Media Investment to lead day-to-day tracking, analysis, and reporting of our worldwide media budget. You will own governance, coordinate with finance and commercial teams, and drive investment decisions across markets and agency partners.

The role demands strong analytical skills, experience managing large media budgets, and a bias for action to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in media investment, media planning/buying, or marketing operations.
• Experience managing sizable media budgets with high accuracy.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including budget tracking, ROI analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience with agency operations, media buying across digital and traditional channels, and platform partnerships.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools like Tableau or Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of the global marketing and media budget across enterprise priorities, seasonal initiatives, and core business drivers.
• Operate the global investment governance model, maintaining the processes that enforce transparency, accountability, and performance tracking.
• Monitor performance signals and bring recommended in-flight budget reallocations to media leadership with a clear point of view.
• Partner with Finance and Commercial teams as the media-side owner of forecasting inputs, monthly reconciliation, and investment reporting.
• Manage enterprise-level partnerships, including DAAs, JBPs, and strategic platform agreements, through tracking, analysis, and performance reporting.
