SharkNinja is seeking a highly organized Media Coordinator to drive operational excellence across the Global Media organization. You will serve as a central hub for team coordination, planning, partner engagement, and business operations to ensure priorities, projects, and activities run smoothly in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, tracking actions, and maintaining resources like directories and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in administration, coordination, executive support, project management, communications, marketing operations, or related fields.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or fast-paced teams preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute team meetings, leadership forums, all-hands meetings, and offsite events.
• Own coordination of recurring business rhythms, meeting cadences, action tracking, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain team directories, distribution lists, shared documentation, and operational tools.
• Coordinate onboarding and support integration of new team members.
