Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of flight coordination/dispatch experience.
  • Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 operations and international flight planning.
  • Proficiency with flight planning, scheduling, and tracking systems; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for air ambulance missions, including flight planning, crew scheduling, ground transportation, and hotel arrangements.
  • Serve as primary contact between flight crews, medical teams, patients families, brokers, insurers, hospitals, and handling agents.
  • File flight plans and obtain necessary permits; monitor flights in real time and manage delays, diversions, and weather impacts.
  • Maintain records in dispatch software and conduct thorough shift handovers; support quotation and post‑flight billing workflows.
