Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic sourcing and category management.
• Experience with mechanical components, castings, forgings, or plastics.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global strategy for the mechanical category and supplier footprint.
• Lead sourcing strategies using the CIPS process and ensure capability to meet requirements.
• Negotiate agreements with key suppliers and manage terms and conditions.
