Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) seeks a Material Program Manager (MPM) onsite in McKinney, TX, to lead Global Supply Chain activities for Patriot European Programs. The role spans capture through execution and sustainment in a matrix environment, coordinating with PMO and external/internal customers.

The ideal candidate has a university degree and 5–8+ years of relevant experience, with SAP MRP proficiency, proposal experience, and U.S. citizenship. Onsite relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant role.
• Experience with SAP MRP and program management.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and serve as the GSC interface to the PMO.
• Report GSC program status and communicate critical issues to customers, offering solutions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using MFT and align with IPTs, Procurement, and FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunity using ROM Tool for predictability.
• Support program startup activities including MPP, CFB, and baselining.
• Support bottoms-up proposals and CAPA supplier management with LADS Central Proposals Team.
• Assist in program audits including USG Material Pricing Audits and Definization.
• Support EXIM licensing requirements and 130 Sweeps.
