Job summary

Amcor Rigid Packaging is seeking a skilled logistics and inventory coordinator to optimize production planning, inventory control, and customer service. You will support multiple departments to safely provide high quality containers at scale while improving service levels.

Responsibilities include scheduling shipments, processing SAP/Ariba transactions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The role requires an associate degree in supply chain and at least 3 years in manufacturing warehousing/

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Supply Chain or related field; combined education/work experience considered.
• 3 years of experience in warehouse, materials, or inventory controls in manufacturing.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Proficient in SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to read and interpret business documents and regulations.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling for domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Complete and maintain shipping/receiving documentation and reports.
• Assist with inventory control through cycle counting and warehousing.
• Process goods receipts in SAP/Ariba.
• Monitor ERP data for invoice reconciliation and reporting.
• Support production planning to maximize equipment efficiency within constraints.
• Enter sales orders and manage changes to meet delivery requirements.
• Communicate with customers on quantities, timing, and specs.
• Assist with raw material procurement and supplier coordination.
• Support audit preparations and GMP/ HACCP/IFS PacSecure compliance.
