Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead plant and offsite warehouse activities, meet shipping schedules, and optimize supply chain functions at the lowest cost. You will oversee material handlers, forklift operators, and safety programs while coordinating with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred, 3+ years in supply chain, 2+ years in supervision, and a 10% travel requirement with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality in shipping/receiving.
• Establish warehouse priorities with shift supervisors.
• Train and supervise material handlers and forklift operators to ensure competence.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and incident reporting per procedures.
• Coordinate outbound/inbound shipments with carriers to meet schedules.
