Job summary

Amcor LLC in Hazleton, PA, is seeking a Material Planner to manage inventory and materials to meet customer requirements and production schedules. You will monitor purchase orders, oversee raw materials, and maintain system data in SAP.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business or operations, 5 years scheduling experience in manufacturing, and strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role within our global packaging team offering a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ops Management or related field, or equivalent.
• 5 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory management and procurement systems (e.g., SAP/Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Review, plan and monitor customer inventory, purchase orders and reporting.
• Analyze inventory data to manage orders to Min/Max levels.
• Enter orders and data in SAP to support orders and production schedules.
• Oversee material management to meet production schedules.
• Coordinate transfer of required raw materials between plant operations.
