Job summary

RTX is recruiting for an onsite role in MA/TEWKSBURY area, focusing on GSC program management, forecasting, and risk/opportunity management. The candidate will interface with PMO, support proposals, and assist in audits while ensuring compliance with US citizenship requirements.

The role emphasizes budgeting, EV management, and use of MRP tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and strategic staffing.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant work, or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access under the program/contract.
• Experience with budget and Earned Value (EV) management, MRP systems/tools (PRISM, KINAXIS), ROM Tool, AOP, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface with the PMO.
• Report program status and resolve issues with customers.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts with MFT and align IPTs, Procurement and FP&A.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunities using ROM Tool.
• Support program localization and supplier assessment.
• Assist in new program startup with MPP, CFB, baselining.
• Support bottoms-up proposal management and capture planning.
• Assist program audits and licensing requirements.
