Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Senior Master Data Specialist to lead enterprise-wide master data management initiatives. You will govern, align, and transform data in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders globally, driving data quality and governance standards across ERP, CRM, and other systems.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, project management, and change management to enable our digital transformation and data excellence journey.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Master Data Management, governance, or related discipline.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or MDM platforms such as SAP or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives to modernize master data management tools and processes.
• Drive process optimization and automation across master data workflows.
• Ensure master data readiness during ERP/CRM transformations.
• Develop and execute change management strategies for new data processes.
• Manage high-impact master data projects with stakeholder alignment and delivery.
• Establish enterprise-wide master data governance standards and best practices.
• Conduct data quality assessments and drive improvements in accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with process owners to support compliance and operations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to long-term data strategy.
