Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Master Data Management and Data Governance, to own the data landscape, govern data policies, and lead a global team across Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D and Corporate systems. This field-based role supports USA locations and may consider remote elements on a case-by-case basis.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data management, strong leadership, and a proven ability to align data strategy with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Required - BS/BA degree ( Business/IT related preferred), MBA or MS
• Minimum - 10+ years work experience required, preferable in related field
• Prior people management experience required
• Creating an Enterprise or Business specific Master Data Management Strategy that supports multi-faceted data architecture, data governance framework and AI Data readiness.

Responsibilities

• Owner of the Global Master Data Management data landscape and continuous data harmonization.
• Lead landscape priorities with partners to deliver on MDM priorities.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Global Master Data Management organization.
• Maintain metrics and drive process improvements across MDM domains.
