Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across its digital product portfolio in Atlanta.

You will lead hands-on development of AI agents, integrate GenAI capabilities, and ensure scalable, observable deployments on Azure. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to engineering standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI or ML engineering with production experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of Java or C++.
• Experience building LLM-powered and agentic AI applications in production.
• Cloud experience with Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable.
• Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, or AgentOps including versioning, evaluation, and observability.
• Strong software fundamentals: API design, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Experience in Agile environments and translating business requirements into AI solutions.
• Experience with responsible AI practices and runtime guardrails.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents and GenAI solutions across enterprise data and tools.
• Write production-grade AI code in Python and other languages.
• Deploy and operate AI on Azure cloud with MLOps pipelines.
• Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows and APIs.
• Implement AI observability, telemetry, and guardrails for reliability.
• Design multi-agent systems and agent evaluation frameworks.
• Engineer enterprise AI context using retrieval pipelines and knowledge graphs.
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver AI capabilities.
• Stay current with advances in AI and GenAI technologies.
