Job summary

Fisher Investments in Plano, TX is seeking a Marketing Technology Analyst to help coordinate and manage the marketing technology stack. You will work with marketing, IT and external vendors to plan and execute projects across global channels.

Responsibilities include configuring platforms for measurement, managing cross-platform integrations, documenting requirements, delivering training, and ensuring uptime and accuracy of the tech stack for worldwide campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing technology or IT.
• Hands-on experience with web analytics, digital content management and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with web debugging tools, CMS, Analytics, A/B testing tools, TMS, Manual/Automated QC, Ad Tech platforms.
• Familiarity with Excel, macros, and SQL scripting/editing.

Responsibilities

• Help with ongoing monitoring and enhancements of platforms/tools in the Marketing technology stack, including cross platform integrations and managing technical vendors
• Configure advertising and marketing technology platforms to support global marketing measurement and activation across digital marketing experiences
• Communicate business enhancements and modifications – verbally or through written documentation – to senior management, peers, staff and other employees so that issues and solutions are understood
• Capture and document requirements for system enhancements from global marketing team
• Conduct trainings and provide technical expertise and support for global marketing
• Ensure quality, uptime and accuracy of tech stack
