Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology programs within Marketing & Digital Experience Engineering. You will provide governance, executive reporting, dependency management, and financial oversight to ensure strategic delivery across global teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program delivery, integrated project plans, cross-functional coordination, and release readiness.

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing enterprise technology programs
• Strong understanding of MarTech delivery
• Experience leading Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Experience managing external vendors
• Experience within Financial Services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large technology programs
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies
• Facilitate Steering Committees and executive status reporting
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Platforms, Information Security, Infrastructure, Architecture and vendors
• Partner with Engineering Managers to remove delivery roadblocks
• Track financials, resource allocation and vendor statements of work
• Promote governance, change management and release readiness
• Manage project communications with executive partners
• Ensure projects follow established delivery methodologies and governance processes
