Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology programs for Marketing & Digital Experience Engineering. You will provide governance, executive reporting, dependency management, and financial oversight to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

You will report to the Application Development Team Lead. You will drive end-to-end delivery, maintain integrated plans, manage scope and budget, and coordinate acrossEngineering, Marketing, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years managing enterprise technology programs.
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise application delivery within the MarTech domain.
• Experience leading Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Experience within Financial Services.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large technology programs.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
• Facilitate Steering Committees and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Platforms, Information Security, Infrastructure, Architecture and vendors.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to remove delivery roadblocks.
• Track financials, resource allocation and vendor statements of work.
• Promote governance, change management and release readiness.
• Manage project communications with executive partners.
• Ensure projects follow established delivery methodologies and governance processes.
