As a Marketing Manager, you will drive profitable growth, portfolio strategy, and innovation for Arxada's Plastics & Specialties business line. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and commercial execution. You will translate customer, application, competitive, regulatory, and market insights into actionable growth strategies, portfolio priorities, and commercialization plans. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, R&D, Technical Service, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Operations, you will help strengthen Arxada's market position while accelerating sustainable growth across key plastics and polymer applications. This is a fully remote position that can be performed anywhere within the United States and requires up to 20% travel, as needed, to support customer engagement, industry events, and business priorities.
The expected salary range for this role is $130,000 to $180,000 per year, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job‑related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
