Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Global Marketing Manager for the Transplant Diagnostics Division (One Lambda). You will drive growth and adoption of our molecular diagnostics portfolio across transplant and clinical diagnostic applications, crafting market narratives and evidence-based activation playbooks.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE and regional teams to define evidence requirements, develop clinical education strategies, and deliver region-ready

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
6+ years in product marketing within molecular diagnostics or clinical diagnostics.
Experience building market opportunities and expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

Drive growth and adoption of molecular diagnostics portfolio across transplant and clinical markets.
Develop market narratives and launch campaigns that translate science into demand generation.
Partner with Medical Affairs, MSLs, HEOR/MAVE, and regional teams on evidence needs.
Measure campaign performance and optimize to achieve revenue targets.
