Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience.
• Global or regional leadership experience.
• Experience in pre-launch or launch preparation for specialty or immunology products.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global brand vision, positioning, and value proposition; manage GBP and annual planning.
• Lead pre-launch activities including market shaping, disease awareness, and competitive intelligence.
• Translate Phase 3 clinical data into compelling brand narratives and communication tools.
• Define payer value stories, pricing scenarios, and early economic models with Global Market Access/HEOR.
• Lead the GLRT and cross-functional governance; align regional teams with global strategy.
• Develop and manage the global marketing budget and vendor relationships; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain readiness for internal audits and regulatory inspections of promotional or pre-launch activities.
