Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Marketing Director to lead global marketing for Veeva Safety, a leading pharmacovigilance platform, shaping positioning, messaging, and the go-to-market strategy. You will translate product vision and customer needs into compelling storytelling that drives awareness and growth.

You will partner with product, strategy, sales, and regional teams to launch new capabilities, enable sales, and build thought leadership across the life sciences industry.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience in complex B2B enterprise software or cloud solutions.
• Experience building global marketing programs and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience leading integrated marketing programs across launches, demand gen, customer marketing, sales enablement, digital, events, webinars, advocacy.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across product, strategy, sales, services, marketing, and executive leadership.
• Global marketing leadership with regional execution.
• Customer insights-driven marketing strategy.
• Analytical, results-oriented with metric-driven optimization.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling; executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a global organization that delivers against marketing goals.
• Develop and drive global marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for Veeva Safety.
• Partner with product management and market strategy on differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Lead global product launches and release marketing to drive awareness and growth.
• Develop annual integrated marketing plans with regional field teams.
• Create thought leadership, customer advocacy, and sales enablement programs.
• Develop compelling marketing content across multiple formats to support the customer journey.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure coordinated execution of initiatives.
• Represent the voice of the customer through insights and feedback.
• Measure performance and optimize programs to improve awareness and pipeline.
