Job summary

C4 Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Marketing to own the pre-launch brand foundation for cemsidomide: market definition, positioning, and early launch planning in multiple myeloma.

You will translate clinical data into a clear strategic story and partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Market Access, and Corporate Communications; as an investigational program, all external activity will be non-promotional and compliant with pre-approval guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field with 8+ years pharma/biotech.
• 5+ years in product/brand marketing, including oncology.
• Experience translating strategy into marketing execution and pre-approval compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop disease-state messaging for multiple myeloma and ensure compliant, non-promotional narratives.
• Lead AOR selection and onboarding, manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan and run advisory boards with KOLs and community physicians to gather insights.
• Oversee congress booth presence, content, logistics, and post-congress reviews.
