Job summary

TMEIC Corporation in Roanoke, VA seeks a seasoned marketing communications leader to develop, execute, and optimize programs across assigned business units. You will align messaging, campaigns, and content with business objectives to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement.

Leading a cross-functional team, you will manage budgets, translations, external agencies, and quarterly performance reporting with actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 10+ years' marketing and marketing communications experience in a global B2B market.
• Demonstrated experience delivering effective integrated marketing communications campaigns.
• Demonstrated successful product marketing and brand management experience.
• Strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal/external contacts.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 15% and internationally up to 5%.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies that support business objectives and strengthen brand awareness.
• Create and deliver campaigns, content, communications, and promotional activities aligned with business units.
• Develop creative ideas for Company branding and execute them.
• Track and report marketing performance quarterly and propose improvements.
• Advise parent/group companies to follow branding objectives.
• Manage advertising agencies for online and social media presence.
