Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to guide strategic, integrated campaigns for a fast-growing SBU from its Tysons, VA base. You will drive market research, segmentation, and annual marcomm plans in collaboration with the CMO and SBU leaders.

You will develop sales tools, manage events, and lead brand-aligned communications across channels, delivering impactful campaigns and talent engagement—travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing and communications experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Ability to tailor technical content for lay and expert audiences.
• Experience in professional services, technology, federal contracting, or related sectors; EPC preferred.
• Proven leadership for results-driven marketing campaigns and client engagement.
• Experience managing integrated campaigns with internal/external teams.
• Excellent written communications; AP style mastery.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; SharePoint and CMS exposure.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities
