Deluxe Media Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Marketing Services in Toronto with hybrid/remote options. You will lead world-class marketing campaigns across franchises, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate with localization, scripting, and production teams globally.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, manage budgets and SLAs, and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative localization solutions and exceptional client experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in localization or marketing
• Experience delivering localization campaigns for marketing/trailer content
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with marketing platforms and localization workflows

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Manage online marketing campaigns from inception to completion with global teams.
• Meet tight turnarounds and SLAs while coordinating with internal teams.
• Make informed localization-based recommendations based on industry practices.
• Confirm billing costs and process PO/billing details.
• Keep campaign and project trackers updated.
• Make independent decisions under pressure to meet deadlines and escalate when needed.
• Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive creative solutions.
