Job summary

Akti Now seeks a Marketing Analyst for AMER & EMEA to drive demand generation and international expansion. You will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the AMER/EMEA Managing Director, building processes from the ground up to generate tangible business results.

You’ll manage events, partnerships, and campaigns across English-speaking regions with Portuguese for internal communication, ensuring data-driven decisions and strong alignment with sales.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident of the United States and allowed to legally work in the USA.
• Dynamic, energetic, and committed to joining a growing organization with ownership mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales Management or related fields.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, consulting or professional services.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily use with clients, partners and event venues.
• Advanced Portuguese for internal communication.
• Experience with corporate events and lead database management.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and sales processes.
• Experience in cross-functional projects and working with teams in other countries.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, AI and BI tools.
• Strong analytical skills, organization, autonomy and a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute the marketing strategy for AMER and EMEA to grow revenue.
• Define and track marketing KPIs and adjust tactics as needed.
• Prepare analyses and executive reports to support decision-making.
• Plan and execute participation in international events and webinars; manage logistics and follow-up.
• Lead co-marketing initiatives with Zendesk and joint campaigns.
• Activate partner channel to generate pipeline.
• Produce English (and Spanish when applicable) communications across channels.
• Adapt campaigns for each market and measure results for improvements.
• Build and maintain international lead database and ensure data quality.
• Run lead nurturing and demand-gen campaigns with sales alignment.
• Develop and improve international marketing processes and workflows.
• Manage marketing tools, CRM and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brazil team and AMER/EMEA leaders.
• Lead regular meetings with sales to review performance and plans.
• Prepare and deliver training for sales teams on positioning and enablement.
