Job summary

Aktie Now, part of Coaktion, seeks an Marketing Analyst for AMER & EMEA to act as the marketing reference for international operations, focusing on demand generation and business expansion. Report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate with the AMER/EMEA Managing Director to drive results.

The role emphasizes autonomy, process-building, and measurable impact on revenue across markets with English and Spanish communications when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident of the United States and allowed to legally work in the USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Sales Management or related fields.
• More than 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, consulting or professional services.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, for daily use with clients, partners and event venues.
• Advanced Portuguese for internal communication.
• Experience with corporate events and lead database management.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and sales processes.
• Experience in cross-functional projects and working with teams in other countries.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, AI and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute the marketing strategy for AMER and EMEA, driving growth and revenue in these markets.
• Define and track marketing performance indicators and adjust as needed.
• Prepare analyses, executive reports and management presentations for leadership decisions.
• Plan and execute international events, webinars, conferences, and co-branded campaigns.
• Coordinate with Zendesk partnerships and joint activities withAccount Executives.
• Activate partner channel as a pipeline source and align campaign messaging.
• Create and adapt communications for English and Spanish markets.
• Build and maintain international lead databases and enable lead nurturing campaigns.
• Develop and improve marketing processes, CRM setup, and dashboards.
• Lead regular sales-facing meetings and provide training on positioning and tools.
