Job summary

Expereo International is expanding its Marketing team and seeks a Field Marketing Manager for the Americas. You will partner with sales to drive demand generation, craft region-specific campaigns, and manage events and communications that align with regional objectives.

Based in the Americas with occasional travel, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, and management to ensure regional success and revenue growth while maintaining Expereo's global standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in B2B marketing (IT/software a plus).
• Ability to set field marketing strategy and plans with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English; other European languages are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the operational marketing plan for Americas aligned with local sales objectives.
• Manage the Demand Generation funnel and review performance with sales leadership.
• Oversee events and regional activities (local kickoffs, tradeshows, conferences).
• Support delivery and amplification of the company’s regional communications strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to localize campaigns and assets.
• Develop region-specific campaign assets and collateral.
